In August 2019 ETNA is celebrating ten years in business and as we reach this milestone, we want to thank everyone who has been a part of our success.
It all started in the Summer of 2009 with the long-term goal of giving North American customers real time service and in-territory factory support as part of the Eclipse family. The core team of Chuck and Lorrie Whipps, previously of the UK’s North American agent, W.W. Sales, and Mark Ward, the recently emigrated Eclipse Magnetics Sales Manager for USA and Canada, along with Jerry the warehouse guy and Gloria as a part time assistant were the first employees. Chuck, Lorrie and Mark are still here to this day allowing long term customer relationships to be developed and maintained.
As we continually worked hard to impress potential clients across North America and meet the demands of the manufacturing industry, our business grew quickly.
We’re so proud that our company has grown at such a rate, and that we count on local, regional, and national businesses among our client base, including small, medium and large-scale enterprises. We are still based in Stoney Creek, Ontario, our team has trebled and our sales have increased dramatically year on year.
But what hasn’t changed in our business ethos – it was always to be the best and not the biggest and that still stands today.
Throughout the years we’ve developed territory specific products, programmes and services that have come to define our business and reputation.
We don’t know what the next ten years will bring, but we can promise the same level of commitment and service for our clients.
